"Visiting Chefs"

We create something really special in the GREEN AND BLUE kitchen. And we want to share it because this is when something special becomes a real treat. To share with our guests – and with other chefs that have great ideas.  

 

In our opening month, Sohyi Kim (restaurant Kim kocht in Vienna/Austria) will visit and cook for us on New Year’s Eve 2011. She is a master of fantastic Asian creations, indulging the palate, eyes and the inner balance. She will meet the BLUE AND GREEN team that shares her passion for the “simply extraordinary” here on Zanzibar.
